ApnaPhone (my own phone) allows you to whether a phone is stolen or not, by searching the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number in PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) database.
It also help you to report your stolen phone to PTA so that it is blocked on all networks in Pakistan.
